This low profile petite style witch hat is made of a charcoal colored, eco friendly felt. There is a matching detachable bow with tulle and netting so you can change up your look . Its circular brim is narrow and the pointy cone is much shorter than you average witch hat, giving it a unique appeal. It's not an "in your face" hat. Inspired by the ancestors who hid in plain sight it's a ode to a classic style hat.
It offers a cottage core vibe and would be a great option for the hedge witch or green witch as it's soft low profile brim won't get in your way while foraging. Perfect for either a dressed up or down witch look and would be amazing with your dark academia witch ensemble.

Please note that the more accurate color of the hat is it in the studio images. To gauge its size see photos with the model. Due to its short cone, it does not sit low on the head. Its is available with a black grosgrain ribbon with a key at the back seam and a pin back bat, a light grey grosgrain with an 0-ring at the side connecting the ribbon or a light grey ribbon with detachable bat pin and key. This hat Would best fit a 22-23" noggin.
This listing is for one hat. One size fits most. This witch hat does not have wire.

Sizing details
My masks fit children and adults alike. I use a base pattern with a set eye size and spacing. The elastic at the back is approximately 12 inches long for all masks. This is for a fit on different faces, it may be big on a smaller tike or tighter on an adult head. Therefor I consider it one size fits most. The outline of the piece does vary slightly depending on the animal. For instance the fox has whiskers so it's a bit wider than the chicken because it's shape is more rounded. Please refer to photos, no photos available? Send me a convo and I'm happy to help. My pieces are designed for fun and function. Most masks have 2-4 layers of fabric. There are times when all those layers won't work with a design and a single layer will be used.
Care instructions
I use Eco-fi felt that is a material made from recycled plastics. It's surprisingly soft and cleans up well with some mild soap and water.

Custom and personalized orders
I rarely take on custom orders because it is not cost effective for me. I cut and sew in bulk for my pieces. However if you would like something like a larger elastic or a ribbon instead of the elastic I use than I am happy to accommodate for this type of change.
How does the tail attach?
Each tail has a tab that fits around a pant loop. A belt or sash is then threaded through the normal loops of the pants and it secures the tail into place. Its a two part system for security and allows for fun movement.
Will the crowns fit my childs head?
All of the crown headpieces can be customized to fit your child's head...just put your child's head measurement in the notes section of your order (in inches please!) and I'll make sure its a nice custom fit! For accurate measuring use a tape measure or a string (compare against a ruler when you are done) going around the crown of your child's head where a baseball hat would lay. Viola!

Hat is beautiful and well-made. The slate velvet ribbon is a lovely complimentary blue-gray shade, and I love that the bow is removable for a different look. Fast shipping. Highly recommend this seller.
