This upturned brim witch hat is made of black velvet-like fabric with red flowers and gold accents. It has a soft, black felt lining. This fabric offers a fresh new look on a classic-style hat. The hat has an 12" tall cone with a side crook and a 5 1/2" wired brim. The brim has two layers of magic stitched together for a great look and feel. It has a black velvet band encircling the cone. A black velvet bow is pinned to the back and can be removed anytime to change your look. Attach it to the side, or take it off. This hat will certainly make a statement wherever you go! They offer a large wired brim made of two layers of felt: to keep out the bugs as you circle above. The cone is lined in a layer of soft fabric to help keep its crooked shape, and yet be a comfortable soft fit. Simply bewitching!
This listing is for one hat. One size fits most. The crown is made for a 23"-24" noggin, which I find accommodates most clients. The brim is 5" from the cone to the wired edge. It is 11" at its tallest point. These hats were premade, so I can not accommodate a size change.
I ship out 3 days a week.
The hat brims are oversized or wired and are carefully packaged to honor FREE shipping. This is a $15-20 dollar savings depending on your location. If it arrives wrinkled we apologize but if you get out your steamer and go to town it will look pretty wicked when you are done!

***I can not speed up my process, but you can choose a faster shipping method if you need it sooner rather than later. I ship free first class, which, in most cases, is a 2-6 day time frame. There is an option at checkout to upgrade to priority, which is a 1-3 day ship, or Express is guaranteed 1-2 day in some places or overnight. Sometimes, these times differ on location, so pay attention to your dates. I often have many orders out at once and ship as my orders come in. It's first come, first served. I won't dismiss one customer to please another. It's unfair to the person ahead of you, and I'm tired of being harassed by customers who order at the last minute and want it immediately. Sizing details
My masks fit children and adults alike. I use a base pattern with a set eye size and spacing. The elastic at the back is approximately 12 inches long for all masks. This is for a fit on different faces, it may be big on a smaller tike or tighter on an adult head. Therefor I consider it one size fits most. The outline of the piece does vary slightly depending on the animal. For instance the fox has whiskers so it's a bit wider than the chicken because it's shape is more rounded. Please refer to photos, no photos available? Send me a convo and I'm happy to help. My pieces are designed for fun and function. Most masks have 2-4 layers of fabric. There are times when all those layers won't work with a design and a single layer will be used.
Care instructions
I use Eco-fi felt that is a material made from recycled plastics. It's surprisingly soft and cleans up well with some mild soap and water.

Custom and personalized orders
I rarely take on custom orders because it is not cost effective for me. I cut and sew in bulk for my pieces. However if you would like something like a larger elastic or a ribbon instead of the elastic I use than I am happy to accommodate for this type of change.
How does the tail attach?
Each tail has a tab that fits around a pant loop. A belt or sash is then threaded through the normal loops of the pants and it secures the tail into place. Its a two part system for security and allows for fun movement.
Will the crowns fit my childs head?
All of the crown headpieces can be customized to fit your child's head...just put your child's head measurement in the notes section of your order (in inches please!) and I'll make sure its a nice custom fit! For accurate measuring use a tape measure or a string (compare against a ruler when you are done) going around the crown of your child's head where a baseball hat would lay. Viola!
